MASS Capabilities

Structured capability view for Municipal valuers and Municipalities.

Master-file and data foundation

MASS uses matcher processes to link deeds-office and municipal records as per Surveyor General township codes. Unlinked records are presented for manual intervention and manually created records can be introduced where properties are still in development or not represented in upstream sources.

Capture and valuation module support

The field-form setup module allows Municipal valuers to define data capture criteria, defaults and valuation parameters. This supports consistent capture quality while still allowing methodology flexibility per municipality and property category.

Municipal visibility and collaboration

MASS-Master workflows support municipal oversight and progress monitoring while keeping the underlying valuation process aligned with municipal operational requirements.
