MASS

Municipal Valuation Platform

A structured valuation-roll management environment for municipalities operating under the MPRA.

MASS is PenSoft's Mass Appraisal Software Solution for South African municipal valuations. It supports the practical flow from master-file preparation and field capture through valuation, objections, supplementary reviews, appeals, roll generation, municipal handover and audit continuity.

The platform is positioned around secure import, export, synchronized data exchange and municipal oversight workflows. This site does not claim a generic AI or open API integration layer; municipal interoperability is presented on the basis of controlled import and export, secure file exchange and municipality-specific mapping.
