MASS-MasterOnline
MASS-MasterOnline gives Municipal users a compact oversight view of property records, matched data and supporting information from the shared MASS environment. It is designed for review, inspection and collaboration rather than valuation capture. At some municipalities, account enquiries departments regard it as an essential property-detail lookup tool that is more convenient to use than their own software when responding to citizen enquiries.
What it covers
- Browse records from Deeds Office, Municipality, or Valuer sources
- Search by diagram code, SG number, municipality key, or account number where available
- Compare township, site, unit and record counts in a single view
- Open more-information dialogs for deeds, municipality and valuer records
- Review history records when a property has been disputed and/or re-evaluated
- Inspect apportionments-, improvements-detail and attachments
- Collaborate with other users via integrated messaging function and distribute documents per property
- Launch and/or integrate with ArcGIS and other optional GIS software for mapped property views where configured
- Open published rolls, perform integrated rolls-analysis and exported rolls data for additional spreadsheet analysis
Oversight view
MASS-MasterOnline helps municipalities follow what has been received, matched and published without needing direct database access. The application shows the complete current recordset, linked supporting information and the property-specific context and arial views needed for municipal oversight.
