MASS Integrations
MASS is designed to fit into existing municipal and valuer environments rather than forcing one rigid stack.
Deeds-office data imports
Supports practical import and matching patterns so ownership and property reference data can be normalised for valuation work.
Legacy supported formats include deeds-office UDF, TDF, CSV, TXT and WinDeed CSV sources, with raw source retention for reference and audit support.
Municipal accounting alignment
Links valuation data to municipal records so relevant fields can be returned to Municipalities in compatible formats.
The legacy model includes field-mapping workflows to handle different municipal system structures while preserving key identifiers for synchronized return of valuation-related data.
GIS interoperability
Supports lookup and location workflows with existing GIS environments used by Municipal valuers and Municipalities.
MASS does not force one GIS stack. It is positioned to interoperate with multiple GIS environments where property lookup by key is supported.
Document, image and plan linkage
Property-linked documents, plans and media can be managed as part of the valuation evidence base.
